Rooted in Zambian agricultural realities — from cassava and moringa to kapenta and sorghum — the programme covers the full journey from post-harvest handling through processing, packaging, quality control, product development, costing, and enterprise setup.

Duration: 3 Months (12 weeks). Tuition: K4,500 + K100 application fee. Award: Sylva Institute Certificate.
